A leading and innovative IP Video Surveillance manufacturer is looking for a proven sales professional to implement and execute the business development strategy for the region, selling products to distributors and resellers.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the business development strategy for the region
  • Develop and manage the sales channel in the region
  • Ensure sustainable growth and achieve sales targets within the region
  • Plan and conduct sales promotion activities
  • Maintain frequent communication with team members

Additional Information

The position is home office based.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an enthusiastic, energetic, “hands-on” approach
  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure, and related hardware
  • Experience in the CCTV industry
  • Experience with executive relationships and alliances
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; native speaker preferred

Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80%) across the region and to headquarters for training and industry events.
