My client a notable Property Company is looking for a General Manager / Customer Director/ Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site circa 400,000sq ft.

You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale and mobilising from practical completion / overseeing commissioning/ overseeing tenant fit outs/ showing perspective customers around/ leading an on site team.
Exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential.
As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis.
It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flagship site.
The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a “one team ethos” being “customer centric” is vital to this role.
There is opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity present itself.
