Nights Guest Service Specialist

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Nights Guest Service Assistant to ensure overnight operations run smoothly, delivering safe, welcoming and memorable experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will be a reassuring presence during out-of-hours periods and help maintain our brand standards.

You will engage guests, manage late arrivals, provide drinks and food from the 24-hour menu, assist with night audit, and uphold fire and safety requirements.
