Sheffield (National role) • Up to £45,000 basic + uncapped commission

We are looking for a National Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the care sector.

This is a new business sales role focused on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with care providers across the UK. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers, generating leads, and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the care sector
• Develop and manage a national pipeline of prospects
• Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven new business sales experience
• Experience selling into the care / healthcare sector (highly desirable)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets
