Senior Support Worker: PBS-Driven Learning Disability Care

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting three Band 3 Senior Support Workers for the Short Break Service (Northenden, Wythenshawe) in the CALDS/MLCO network. This full-time role involves caring for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, with unsocial hours expected.

Work within a Specialist Nurse led team, delivering person-centred care across community settings and home environments in Manchester, and supporting PBS-based plans and multidisciplinary collaboration.
