Hybrid Integrated Social Worker – Safeguarding & Care Plans

Manchester City Council’s Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) for Gorton and Levenshulme is recruiting a Social Worker. You will carry out care act assessments, create and review care plans, and work to help citizens live safely and independently.
