We are looking for a kind , caring and reliable female to provide 1 night of overnight respite for a 20 year
old male with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
This overnight respite would need to be provided in your own home and provide a comfortable and relaxing
setting. This would help to expand this young males social interaction and allow him to become more
independent from his parents and family home within a caring and supportive environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide a calm and comfortable environment within the whole household.
Provide their own bed and comfortable sleeping area to ensure a good nights sleep.
Provide friendly good natured conversation and entertainment during your time spent together.
Some intimate care around toilet use may be required due to the medication they take.
Hourly Rate: £13.45
Hours Per Week
1 night per month (12 nights a year)
How will the hours be used
The 1 night could be from Monday to Sunday and agreed at the 1st day of each month prior to stay.
Employer requires transport?: Yes
The young adult male you will be working with enjoys watching cartoons on his iPad and dvds. He also
likes playing a variety of board games and card games and likes to visit the cinema and go bowling.
