Chef de Partie – 1/2 Rosette Kitchen, On‑Site 40h

Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa in Bristol is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional menus within the restaurant. You will confidently run your own section in the kitchen, upholding the high standards we maintain across service.

A minimum of 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally with a 1/2 Rosette background. This is a full-time, on-site role with 40 hours per week and an hourly rate up to £15, plus tronc.
