This FM Operations Manager is for you!
You’ll be looking after the FM delivery for a growing service provider to their clients; developing strong relationships with them, making sure they’re satisfied along with optimising systems, suppliers and processes to ensure a best‑in‑class operation.
The majority of contracts are hard FM so your team will be M&E Engineers and Building Fabric Technicians but we also provide some elements of softer service too, all of these people are supervised by Contract Managers.
As this is a maternity cover contract we will be looking for someone who can hit the ground running so you will need to have experience managing hard and soft FM teams, ideally in a service provider or outsourced environment.
This is a company known for looking after their people. Whilst you may only be there to cover maternity leave you’ll be welcomed in and supported from day one, both by your team and the Director you report into.
