The role of a Counter Supervisor :
Support senior management with leading the front of houseteam, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift. Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation andservice, also handling guests’ complaints and queries. Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure acohesive and efficient team. As Counter Supervisor, you’ll bring:
