Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Sales Growth: Actively contribute to increasing sales by identifying opportunities and promoting products or services to both new and existing customers.
- Team Development: Train and guide staff effectively, enhancing the overall capabilities of the team. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages learning and development.
- Flexible Availability: Be available to work night shifts until midnight, as well as all weekends and public holidays. Flexibility for ad-hoc shifts is also required.
- Customer Base Management: Utilize your existing customer base to drive sales and foster relationships that benefit both the customers and the company.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sales techniques.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute positively to the company’s revenue.
- Training Ability: Experience in training or mentoring staff is preferred, with a passion for developing others.
