What You’ll Be Working On:️ Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s compliance program and policies️ Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, FCA, PCI-DSS)️ Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance issues and best practices️ Collaborating with legal, IT, and business teams to manage and mitigate compliance risks️ Preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies
What We’re Looking For:️ Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role within a regulated industry️ Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or SOX️ Excellent understanding of risk management, audit processes, and internal controls️ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory language️ Certifications such as CCEP, CISA, or CAMS are highly desirable
