Description
We are hiring for the role of Sales Support Executive on a one-year fixed term contract, to cover this key role during a period of maternity leave. The Sales Support Executive role is varied, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative. Working closely with other members of the Sales Operations team and with our Salespeople, as well as collaborating with other departments such as Finance and Delivery, this role plays a key part in supporting business growth and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with accurate pricing tool quotes for new orders and renewals.
- Take responsibility for commercial sign‑off, ensuring deals comply with agreed governance processes.
- Write, review, and maintain process documentation for the Sales Operations and Sales teams on SharePoint.
- Manage a shared mailbox, triaging and prioritising incoming requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Assist the Sales team with the completion of due diligence questionnaires, ensuring accurate and timely provision of supporting information.
- Complete data sign off to ensure accurate products, billing, and service modes, preventing delivery or billing gaps.
- Support the creation and management of purchase orders.
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to support their reporting, data, and operational requirements within the CRM.
- Maintain, enhance, and support D365 CRM processes and flows in collaboration with the CRM development team.
