Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter Location: Dorking Salary: £38,000 per annum Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm

About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our clients growing manufacturing team based in Dorking. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a well-established and supportive environment, contributing to high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating injection moulding machines to meet production requirements
• Carrying out tool changes and machine start-ups
• Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime
• Monitoring product quality and making necessary adjustments
• Troubleshooting processing issues and implementing solutions
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working closely with production and quality teams to meet targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and materials
• Ability to perform tool changes and machine adjustments independently
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
