HVAC & Building Systems Technician

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician for our Brighton site. The role focuses on mechanical building services with a strong HVAC emphasis, ensuring comfort, safety and reliability for occupants in a modern office environment.

The successful candidate will have a mechanical engineering background (NVQ/City & Guilds) and proven experience in maintenance, fault finding and PPM routines. There is a requirement for occasional out‑of‑hours support and a valid driver’s license.
