Digital/BIM Co-ordinator – Civil/Structural Lead (Midlands UK)

We are seeking a Civil/Structural Digital Lead for several multi-disciplined projects in the UK Region. This role may be site‑based or at our offices in London or Birmingham. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop and progress professionally.

Key Duties

• Liaise & coordinate with PJ Hegarty’s Design Team & subcontractor BIM teams.
• Support the PJ Hegarty’s Project Digital Objectives.
• Prepare civil models and drawings for infrastructure, drainage, and earthworks.
• Ensure quality of deliverables is maintained.
• Carry out utility coordination.
• Contribute to project BIM Execution Plans.
• Plan project BIM deliverables and their delivery, including document issues, and maintain the Common Data Environment.

Skills & Experience

• Good level of experience with Bentley & Autodesk products.
• Minimum 3‑5 years experience of Bentley MicroStation, Open Roads, Open Buildings and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Technical experience in Civil & infrastructure discipline.
• Understanding of BIM processes (ISO 19650) and its application to projects.
• Ability to manage own tasks and ensure delivery meets programme.
• Assist in maintain and develop 3D content as required.
• Some knowledge of clash detection software such as Navisworks/iTwin/Solibri is an advantage.
• Some experience of Common Data Environment platforms such as BC (Business Collaborator), ProjectWise, Propellor Aero, BIM360 and Procore.
• Experience in parametric design tools such as Dynamo / Grasshopper or Python is desirable.
