Compliance Officer — Location: UK, Remote
Full time, Permanent
My client, a licensed UK gambling operator, is looking for a sharp, proactive, and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance, including UKGC Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), AML/CTF rules, and GDPR.
- Help maintain and update policies and procedures.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and assist with communications to the UKGC.
- Provide compliance support and guidance across teams, including product and customer service.
- Stay informed of regulatory updates and make recommendations as to potential improvements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a compliance role within the UK gambling industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
- ICA, CAMS, or other relevant qualifications are a strong advantage.
