From Pregnancy Through To Age 19, You Will
- Deliver one‑to‑one support and parenting programmes
- Work with partners across health, education & social care
- Empower families to thrive in their homes and communities
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience with children & families
- Experience working with families of school‑aged children and teenagers
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting the holistic needs of families
Flexible working across Family Hubs, family homes & community venues. Occasional evenings/weekends. Part‑time roles available.
