Technical Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist – FinTech SaaS Platform (Python scripting/coding essential)

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Technical Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist to join a profitable and rapidly growing FinTech company that builds cutting‑edge trading and analytics solutions for institutional clients.

This is a client‑facing, technically challenging role ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, scripting, and working across integrations and APIs in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful client onboarding and long‑term integration success across my client’s trading platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration for new clients, configuring their trading platform to work seamlessly with client systems and trading venues.
  • Manage and deliver custom integrations, gathering requirements, liaising between clients and internal teams, and supporting implementation.
  • Provide technical support for live clients — troubleshooting application, API, and database issues using logs and SQL queries.
  • Execute SQL queries, perform configuration updates, and analyse system logs to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Own client deliverables end‑to‑end, ensuring timely communication, delivery, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

  • Strong scripting experience in Python
  • Proficient in SQL (joins, aggregations, and complex queries)
  • Solid understanding of APIs (REST/gRPC) and system integrations
  • Skilled in technical troubleshooting and log analysis

Soft Skills

  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Proactive, curious, and able to work independently
  • Knows when to seek help and elevate appropriately

Experience

  • 2+ years in a related technical role (e.g., DevOps, Technical Support, Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or SDET)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech, trading, or capital markets
  • Familiarity with C# or Java
  • Experience with PowerShell or basic server administration
  • Background in a startup or scale‑up environment
  • Previous client‑facing technical experience

Why Join?

You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team where your ideas and input make a direct impact. Expect a fast‑moving environment, technical autonomy, and the chance to work on real‑world trading integrations that power institutional finance.

If you’re a technical all‑rounder who thrives in a collaborative and client‑driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Please apply if you think suitable.
