Electrical Engineer (Social Housing) – Bristol

Base pay range: £38,784 – £42,038 base salary, with up to £70,000 OTE. Location: Bristol & surrounding areas.

We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across Bristol. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
• Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades.
• Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards.
• Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to tenants.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices across all tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).
• AM2 qualification (essential).
• Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations.

Desirable Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
• Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses.
