Job role: Showroom/Workplace Coordinator
Salary: £28,500- £30,000 pa
Location: Farringdon- on the lizzie line
Hours: 9:00-5:30pm

Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing showroom at all times.
- Create engaging displays to showcase furniture collections and highlight key features.
- Greet customers, provide product information, and guide them through the showroom.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture pieces based on their preferences and needs.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate labelling and pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery of new furniture arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving enquires
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our client’s values and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Manage stationery orders, couriers, and mailshots.
- Maintain the showroom diary and oversee office machinery.
- Liaise with the cleaning company to ensure a well-maintained space.

Location
The office is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Farringdon train station, making it easily accessible for commuting.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
