Trauma-Informed Children’s Home Care Worker

Belmont Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children’s Home Care Worker to join a private residential care provider for children aged 8 to 18 with complex needs. You will work in a small team to create a safe, stable environment and deliver trauma-informed support.

Responsibilities include day-to-day care, safeguarding, education support, and collaboration with social workers and external agencies. Sleep-ins and waking nights are part of the rolling 2 on / 4 off pattern.
