A boutique capital markets consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their growing, expertise-driven team. With a strong focus on providing high-quality, expert-led services, the firm specializes in areas such as collateral management, post-trade, securities finance, digital assets (crypto, tokenization), risk, treasury, and sustainability.
As part of this dynamic and agile consultancy, you will take on significant responsibility from the outset, working closely with top-tier financial institutions to deliver innovative and impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Consultant (Capital Markets):
- Lead the assessment and selection of vendors to ensure alignment with client needs
- Develop and oversee test strategies, planning, scripting, and execution to guarantee successful project implementation
- Manage the go-live process, ensuring a seamless transition to full operations
- Define and develop the target operating model to support future growth and operational efficiency
Key Requirements of the Senior Consultant (Capital Markets):
- Completion of a Capital Markets graduate scheme at a Big 4 consultancy or another leading consultancy
- Strong experience with derivatives or securities finance products
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
