We are recruiting on behalf of a Top 10 UK education recruitment business that has invested heavily in technology to transform how schools engage with supply staff.
Our client has recently launched a proprietary recruitment platform that already delivers around 28% of bookings, supports thousands of contractors, and enables schools to self-search, book and manage candidates — with recruiters focused on growth rather than day-to-day sourcing.
The Role:
This is a pure business development and partnership role, ideal for experienced SaaS salespeople/education recruiters who want to build scalable, long-term accounts.
You will:
- Win and grow school partnerships
- Pitch and consult on a platform-led solution
- Be supported by Account Managers
- Focus on volume and value, not individual placements
