Regional Caregiver: Travel, Training & Meaningful Care

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Care Assistant to deliver warm, respectful care across a 20-mile radius. You will help monitor care delivery, contribute to person-centred care plans and record vital observations, while providing companionship and meaningful one-to-one time with residents.

Role requires a care background and a willingness to travel; mileage is covered beyond five miles from home and a potential bonus is offered if inspections meet a Good rating.
