The ideal candidate will live locally to Beaconsfield and be willing to travel to sites in the surrounding counties. This role covers a range of quantity surveying and estimating disciplines.
The role includes:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and subcontractor tendering
- Managing groundworks and key construction packages
- Monitoring and managing costs against site start budgets and project appraisals
- Preparing cost xwzovoh reports for senior management
- Reviewing subcontractor valuations and authorising payments
