Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team delivering a Kitchen & Bathroom planned works programme within occupied social housing properties in Derby and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
• Act as the main contact between residents and site teams
• Arrange pre-start visits and resident consultations
• Manage access arrangements and programme communication
• Support vulnerable residents during works
• Handle complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-works feedback and surveys
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience as an RLO in social housing planned works
• Experience supporting kitchen & bathroom refurbishment programmes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage sensitive resident situations
• Full UK driving licence
