As a Gas Manager, you will be entrusted with the Supervision and management of Contractors and Engineers undertaking planned works, making sure works are completed within the correct timeframe in a safe and commercially efficient manner. Including: Sub-Contractor management, Pre and Post works inspections, programme delivery, Phase Plans, liaison at all levels – including progress meetings, Health & Safety and RAMS. Ideal Managers will have experience in a similar position working on Service & Maintenance contracts on a large scale previously in Social Housing environments and have experience overseeing and leading; Supervisors, Engineers and external labour.
