At Workforce Wellbeing Ltd, we believe occupational health should be intelligent, compassionate, and clinically excellent. Founded in 2011, we’re a physician‑led service built around FFOM and MFOM Consultants, and we’re proud to work with organisations that keep the country moving from the NHS and Fire & Rescue Services to Local Authorities and universities across the UK.
As our service continues to grow, we’re now seeking a motivated Occupational Health Advisor or Nurse to join our friendly clinical team. Whether you’re an established OHA looking for your next step, or a registered nurse keen to specialise in occupational health, we’d love to hear from you.
The role
You’ll play a key part in promoting and protecting employee health and wellbeing, delivering high‑quality case management, health surveillance, and health promotion programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting health surveillance and fitness‑for‑work assessments
- Managing sickness absence and supporting return‑to‑work planning
- Advising on workplace health risks and collaborating with H&S teams
- Maintaining accurate, confidential records in line with professional standards
- Supporting wellbeing and health promotion initiatives
- Working closely with our Occupational Health Physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver an outstanding service
About you
- Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Relevant Occupational Health qualification or experience is desirable
- A natural communicator with strong clinical judgement and IT skills
- Committed to continuous professional development and high clinical standards
What we offer
- Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
- Company pension and annual leave package
- Supportive, flexible working arrangements (hybrid and on‑site across South Wales)
- Ongoing CPD with study leave and professional development opportunities
- A collaborative, forward‑thinking team that genuinely values clinical excellence
Join us in shaping the future of occupational health — where care, science, and workplace wellbeing come together.
