Children’s OT Case Closure Specialist (Hybrid)

JustOT is seeking a Case Worker Occupational Therapist (Children) to support the Waiting List Clearance Project. The role operates on a Payment by Case Closure model, rewarding throughput and high performance.

It targets locum OTs with extensive children’s services experience, offering hybrid working and diary management. Induction includes a 2-day system training and a 1-day moving and handling session; cases are allocated in batches of five, with induction payment after five completions.
