Senior Registered Nurse – Private Urgent Care / Minor Injuries

Band 7 / 8a Equivalent | London & UK-Wide | Flexible Working

We are recruiting an exceptional Registered Nurse with a strong A&E background to join a prestigious private urgent care / minor injuries service.

The Role

You’ll manage minor injuries and minor illness independently, providing outstanding clinical care with excellent cosmetic outcomes. You will be the face of the clinic—confident, polished, and trusted by patients from the moment they walk in.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) – no restrictions
  • Minimum 3 years post‑registration experience, including 3+ years in A&E / ED
  • High‑standard suturing and wound closure skills, including face and high‑visibility areas
  • Competent in autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of minor injuries/illness
  • Experience with undifferentiated patients in ED, urgent care or walk‑in settings
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • Right to work in the UK

Highly Desirable

  • Adult & paediatric minor injuries experience (PILS / APLS)
  • Minor Injuries / ENP qualification (Level 6/7 or MSc Advanced Practice)
  • IRMER / X‑ray interpretation
  • Experience in private healthcare or high‑end clinical settings

What’s on Offer

  • Highly competitive salary (Band 7 / 8a equivalent)
  • Private healthcare, pension, CPD allowance and bonus scheme
  • Calm, professional environments focused on quality, precision and patient experience

Why Apply?

Perfect for an A&E‑trained nurse who wants to continue using advanced skills daily, achieve excellent cosmetic and clinical outcomes, and enjoy a better work‑life balance in a premium private setting.

If you’re a confident, well‑presented ENP who can suture to plastic‑surgery standard, we’d love to hear from you.
