WerelookingforanexperiencedanddrivenRegisteredManagertoleadourchildrenshomeinYeovil,supportingyoungpeopleaged9-17.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbringstrongleadership,strategicinsight,andapassionfordeliveringoutstandingcare.Theywilloverseeallaspectsofthehome,ensuringhighstandardsofemotionalandphysicalsupport,safeguarding,andpreparationforindependence,inlinewiththehome’,whodemonstratesproactivesafeguarding,effectiveplacementplanning,andavalues-led,aspirationalapproachtocare.
RoleRequirements:
- AnNVQLevel5inleadershipandmanagementorequivalent.
- Atleast3yearsexperienceworkingasamanagerwithinaResidentialChildcaresetting.
- KnowledgeoftheChildrensHomeRegulationsandOfstedRequirements.
- Excellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskills.
- Computerliteracyandaneyefordetail.
