Senior Quantity Surveyor

London | £60,000 – £75,000| Hybrid – 2 Days WFH

Join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy with a reputation for quality, flexibility, and career progression. You’ll be delivering projects across residential, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, with clients largely based within the M25.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered (or nearly Chartered) Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, supported by a collaborative team and a modern hybrid setup.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across all project stages
• Produce cost estimates at concept, scheme & detailed design stage
• Prepare tender & contract documents
• Advise on contractual claims & disputes
• Work closely with clients to establish project requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• MRICS (or working towards)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
• Strong consultancy background with technical competence
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
• Proactive, dynamic, and confident working with clients
