Residential Property Lawyer | Full or Part Time

AJ Chambers are working with a professional services organisation based in Suffolk and they are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

This individual can be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and they will also consider part time applicants (3 days a week minimum).

You’ll inherit a case which isn’t high volume and the matters will include:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold & leasehold
• Assisting with property aspects within probate and tax planning

You’ll be offered a package which includes:
