Must haves

• Experience in account management, distributor management or partner sales
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office

Nice to haves

• Experience working with consumer goods or lifestyle brands
• Experience managing international distributors or sales representative groups

What will you be doing?

• Developing annual sales strategies and targets alongside distributors
• Identifying growth opportunities across new products, launches and markets
• Monitoring sales performance, order frequency and revenue growth
• Analysing sales data and market trends to support commercial decisions
• Supporting forecasting and demand planning activity
• Building strong relationships with international distributors and sales partners
• Leading regular business reviews and performance discussions
• Representing the brand at trade shows, meetings and market visits
• Ensuring brand and merchandising standards are maintained across markets
• Supporting product launches and marketing initiatives with partners
• Working with supply chain teams to resolve logistics and fulfillment issues
