Responsibilities
- Running reports and managing the CAFM system closely to manage the KPI’s and workflow
- Improving currenly service levels by keeping a tight eye on KPI’s and therefore being more consistent with service delivery
- Meeting with client on site for weekly commercial meeting
- Direct line management of 3 staff and a range of subcontractors
- Motivate and lead the FM team in the day to day service delivery.
- Assist with monitoring and rectifying staff performance issues.
- Ensure contract compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Assisting in the recruitment and development of staff.
- Technical and Contractual reporting.
- Monthly audits of cleaning, grounds, catering, waste and helpdesk.
- Deputise for the Contracts Manager as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Good people management skills
- Strong KPI management and reporting skills
- Excellent communicator
- Proactive management style, ‘can do’ attitude
- Good financial acumen
- Experience working with CAFM systems
- Must be a driver and have access to a vehicle
