Overview

Hello, I’m Emma Prunty, the team leader for the Hyndburn and Rossendale Community Mental Health Team. Qualifications

We are currently looking for registered mental health practitioners, which includes:

  • Qualified social workers
  • Mental health nurses
  • Occupational therapists

Responsibilities

You should be adept at working both collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing care needs
  • Conducting risk assessments and management
  • Exploring how health and social factors impact mental health and overall well‑being

Your role will involve visiting service users in their homes, as well as working from our base at The Mount in Accrington.
