The Role

As Analytics Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a small data and analytics team focused on enabling business‑wide reporting and insight.
  • Own the data roadmap, ensuring timely, trusted and scalable data delivery.
  • Oversee data pipelines, analytics models, and platform automation.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
  • Support the creation of dashboards, automated reporting, and ad‑hoc analysis tools.
  • Contribute hands‑on to key technical decisions and high‑priority data work.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience with GCP and BigQuery.
  • Excellent SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience with Looker for reporting and dashboarding.
  • Background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar data‑focused roles.
  • Ability to coach, mentor and guide technical talent.
  • Experience in environments handling large data volumes.
  • Product‑focused mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering.
  • AdTech sector experience is a bonus.
