Senior Legal Counsel
This is a high-impact in-house opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to play a central role in supporting a major global business unit within a leading healthcare technology organisation.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering closely with procurement and software teams to deliver practical, solutions-focused legal support across complex commercial arrangements. The work is fast-paced, varied, and directly tied to enabling critical business operations across a significant proportion of the organisation.
You will join a collaborative legal team where ownership, autonomy and strong business partnership are expected from day one. The role offers genuine visibility with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape how legal support is delivered across key operational areas.
The position is well suited to either a strong Legal Counsel ready to step up, or a recently appointed Senior Legal Counsel seeking broader scope, development and long-term progression within a global in-house environment. A clear focus is placed on growth, with opportunities to expand responsibility over time and rotate across different business areas.
Strong commercial contracts experience, confident stakeholder engagement and a pragmatic, business-first mindset are essential.
