As a National Account Manager, you will take full P&L ownership of major retail partnerships with industry leaders. You will drive the commercial strategy for Europe’s fastest-growing sustainable personal care brand, unlocking new categories and scaling eco-friendly alternatives across the UK’s most prominent retail channels.

What You Will Do
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with national retail partners like Boots, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco to maximize brand presence.
- Execute data-driven growth strategies by analyzing EPOS data and market trends to optimize promotional plans and pricing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Logistics to ensure seamless product launches and maintain robust supply chain availability.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in national account management specifically within the UK retail landscape (FMCG preferred).
- Proven track record of managing complex P&L accounts and successfully negotiating high-stakes contracts with major supermarkets or health/beauty retailers.
- Highly analytical mindset with advanced MS Excel skills and a passion for driving sustainability through commercial excellence.
