Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Business Application Engineer Team Leader to join our studio technology team to centralise the administration of our studio software platforms, including coordinating licences.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end‑to‑end implementation, support and maintenance of studio platforms.
- Provide expert level support for SaaS platforms such as Monday.com, Shotgrid and Wasabi.
- Own the configuration, administration and optimisation of SaaS and cloud platforms to ensure operational and cost efficiency.
- Plan, test, deliver and onboard new platforms, cloud solutions and major updates.
- Collaborate with essential teams to understand requirements, design and implement solutions, and analyse recurring incidents to proactively implement fixes or preventative improvements.
- Continuously review and improve platform usage and service offerings, analysing performance, customer experience through metrics, KPIs and SLAs.
- Create and maintain user guides, documentation and playbooks for all users or support teams.
- Lead a team of technical specialists to deliver high‑quality products on time, fostering a culture of proactivity, accountability and collaboration.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and support personal growth via coaching and professional training plans.
Qualifications
- Proactive attitude and demonstrable experience with advanced application support and troubleshooting skills with SaaS and cloud‑based platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Experience leading or managing technical teams.
Location
This role is based full‑time onsite at our UK headquarters in Nottingham.
