Based in Manchester, the successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of real estate-backed lending transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers across a variety of asset classe
s.Responsibiliti
- esAdvise lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers on a wide range of real estate finance transaction
- s.Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and completion of investment, development, acquisition, and refinancing transaction
- s.Draft, review, and negotiate facility agreements, security documentation, certificates, reports on title, and ancillary finance document
- s.Conduct and coordinate due diligence exercises, including reviewing title documentation and property-related risk
- s.Work closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate, and Banking teams to deliver seamless client servic
- e.Support clients on transaction management from instruction through to completio
- n.Provide commercially focused advice on legal risks and transaction structure
