This position combines technical execution with project ownership and stakeholder engagement.**Typical Work / Projects*** Lead deployment of digital applications (e.g., performance dashboards, MES modules) across sites* Drive standardisation of data models and KPIs across multiple plants* Coordinate integration between shopfloor systems (PLC/SCADA) and central platforms* Support implementation of advanced use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, AI-based analytics)* Act as a bridge between local plant teams and central digital engineering**Roles & Responsibilities*** Own specific digital workstreams or deployment projects* Engage with plant stakeholders to understand needs and translate into solutions* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems* Monitor performance of deployed solutions and drive continuous improvement* Provide training and support to end users in plants**What they gain*** End-to-end experience in industrial digital transformation* Exposure to multiple factories and international stakeholders* Strong project management and technical delivery skills#J-18808-Ljbffr…
