We have an exciting opportunity for a QC Administrator to be based at our brand-new, state-of-the-art, manufacturing site in Basingstoke.

***This role is offered on a 12 month, fixed-term-contract basis***

The role:

As QC Administrator, you will provide the Quality Control team with administrative support in the retention of our ISO 9001 and 13485 certifications.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Reviewing documentation provided by suppliers to ensure conformance with Blatchford requirements – drawings, specifications, purchase orders etc
  • Supporting with calibration process
  • Raising non-conformances and ensuring process adherence
  • Creating reports for department
  • Assisting QC Manager with training records for the department
  • Providing general administration support to the QC team.

What are we looking for?

As QC Administrator, you will have the following:

Key skills and experience:

  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills and MS Office experience
  • Understanding of testing/inspection specifications
  • Previous experience in administration role or experience in a manufacturing role but looking to move into an administration role
  • Strong communication skills, this role will require working with various departments across the business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised
  • An interest to build a career in Quality
