Principal Surveyor – Hybrid Estate & Valuation Lead

Rochdale Council is seeking a Principal Surveyor to join the Estates Service. The role involves managing a diverse professional caseload including valuation, leasing and tenancies, property acquisitions, and the management of three workspace properties.
