Randstad Education is seeking a Learning Support Worker in Guildford to assist autistic adults in learning new skills and living independently. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, ensuring a work-life balance with guaranteed Christmas closure.

No prior healthcare or education background is required, just a positive mindset and willingness to help. Comprehensive training will be provided along with benefits including 25 days of holiday and bank holidays.
