Job Overview

As a member of the Data Science & Optimisation team looking after NOW, you’ll be using ground‑breaking technologies and techniques to help drive decision making for one of the streaming leaders in the UK. Delivering business critical insight and innovative solutions for new products and initiatives is what we excel at, and with your help we will aim to supercharge the market understanding and strategic perspective of our stakeholders throughout the organization. Working collaboratively across multiple teams, you will be the expert channeling the power of data to help them make better decisions using numbers.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior analysts and stakeholders across Retention, CRM, Propositions and Strategy to develop a strong understanding of business questions and translate them into robust analytical approaches.
  • Deliver in‑depth analysis of experimentation and test & learn activity, identifying key drivers of performance and clearly communicating insights, learnings and recommendations to non‑technical audiences.
  • Support the day‑to‑day measurement of customer targeting and communications, helping to shape future testing plans and optimisation opportunities based on evidence.
  • Produce high‑quality analytical outputs including datasets, dashboards, and presentations that are trusted, well‑documented and decision‑ready.
  • Work closely with data science and engineering partners to explore opportunities to apply advanced analytics or predictive capability within new or existing customer journeys.
  • Champion best practice in experimentation, measurement and data quality, contributing to consistent and rigorous analysis across the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Working experience in SQL (BigQuery a plus) and data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience in data manipulation and creating dashboards for stakeholders.
  • A technical and analytical mind with a background in statistics and experimentation.
  • Self‑starter who is constantly curious about what numbers are telling and how they can be actioned to improve the member experience.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and multitasking.
  • Integrity: willingness to speak your mind on difficult issues while remaining humble and able to ask for help.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable record in fast‑paced and quickly changing environments.
