Service Engineer (Machine Tools / Elite Level Training)
£40,000 – £45,000 + Overtime OTE 50K, Door‑to‑door Pay, Private Car Use, Training on bespoke machinery.
Location: Manchester.
Are you a Service Engineer from a machine tool background looking to work with the latest cutting‑edge technology, within an industry expert providing elite level training in Europe and Japan, on world‑renowned machine tools produced by technical giants Okuma and Makino? Do you want to join the company at the pinnacle of its industry, working with the likes of JLR, Rolls Royce and BAE, where you will be given tailored development to become a leading technical expert in the machine tool field, setting yourself up for the rest of your career?
In this role you will be servicing cutting‑edge machine tools at Blue Chip client sites, covering a large area in the Northwest of England and Scotland, with fully funded travel and overnight stay. With formal courses and shadowing best‑in‑class engineers, you will become a rounded electromechanical engineer able to fix any type of machine.
The Role
- Installing, servicing, maintaining, and decommissioning machine tools
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, with ongoing training given
- Travelling to customer sites across the North of England and Scotland
- Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm, 37.5 hours per week, paid door‑to‑door
