Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing broking function, providing technical leadership across complex placements and renewals
Maintain and further strengthen key relationships across the Lloyd’s and London insurance markets, leveraging an established underwriter network
Drive the placement of complex, cross-class insurance programmes across multiple lines of business
Lead, mentor and develop broking teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Support strategic growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimise programme structures and market engagement
Act as a senior stakeholder internally and externally, managing insurer relationships and negotiating programme outcomes
Contribute to the continued development of an entrepreneurial and evolving insurance platform
