Our client has a vacancy for a Regional Sales Consultant to join their growing business within the machine and device manufacturers sector. You will be selling to senior management, supply chain, and engineers.
The Role:
Your primary focus will be to drive business growth within the machine and device manufacturing sector. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, engaging directly with key decision‑makers, senior management, supply chain professionals, and engineers. By understanding technical and commercial needs, you will tailor solutions that align with their objectives and demonstrate the value of automation and fluid control products.
Key responsibilities include proactively seeking new business opportunities, managing and expanding accounts in your territory, building lasting relationships with direct customers and distribution partners, developing and executing strategic sales plans, promoting the company’s value propositions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through expert advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Maintain good working relationships with distribution sales partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Skills and Experience:
- Technical expertise in automation and proven sales experience.
- Engineering‑based technical qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong track record in sales within related industries.
